A: Every seller has a profile with reviews, an average rating, and their sales history. Vendou buyer protection covers you in case of a problem.
Q: What if I don't receive my package? +
A: If you don't receive your package within the expected timeframe, open a dispute from your account. Vendou will step in and refund you if the package wasn't delivered.
Q: Can I negotiate the price? +
A: Yes! Use the "Make an offer" button on any listing to propose a price. The seller can accept, decline, or counter.
Q: How do I delete my account? +
A: Contact us at support@vendou.us with your deletion request. We'll process your request within 72 hours.

A: Vendou.us currently serves the United States. A separate platform, Vendou.fr, serves the French market.
